"They were very focused on the kids and I was happy about that"
"My son attended this school for 3 years. He has Autism. We were recommended to send him to this school by first steps because they are supposedly adequate in helping special needs children prepare for school. Absolutely far from it. The three years my son was there he barely progressed and started to have aggression issues. At the end of his 3rd year we were told by a special needs advocate at the school that he needed to have his IQ tested because of lack of progress. What it really was was their inability to teach and handle a child with autism. They had no idea what they were talking about. Two years later we live in a different state and my son is on Honor Roll. Terrible school. Do not recommend for special needs children."
