"I call to schedule a tour and the director is very warm and professional over the phone. I express to her I am looking for care and I’ve already been to their closer location and was not happy with the experience. When I arrive in PERSON for my tour, she immediately asks if i want to check their other location I may be happy there if I am looking for immediate care. Sidebar: i am dark skin, the people here are not. The other location has many more people of color. I feel like she dismissed me because i made it clear i was not in a hurry and that i was not interested in a different location. If I come for a tour should i not be offered a tour? Before i am walking out of the door? My point being if you are not white chances are they will not make you feel welcomed to the establishment. No one deserves that. My money is green like the rest no matter what i look like."

"I absolutely loved this center. We were only there for a short amount of time, however, my child made great improvements in the little time we were there. The building is extremely secure and I was always able to see and know how my child was doing. Highly recommend."

"I was greeted and given a tour by staff at the very end of the school day. Staff were friendly and welcoming of my child and family even though they had their hands full and were very busy. The teachers were awesome to observe, engaging the children and were very friendly. Enrollment was very quick and painless. My child has been attending now for some time. I've had a very positive experience. The teachers are awesome (Mrs. Trinity is amazing!). They are very positive and encouraging. Teachers actually take the time to work with and understand your child's individual needs (and quirks lol) despite having numerous little personalities to teach throughout the day. I love it. I couldn't believe the price was several hundred dollars less than other pre schools in the area. Teachers hang in there! Yall are appreciated and we love you! "Staff is very friendly and are great at communicating. Both of our kids attend this school (over two years now) and they love it. I love the bright wheel app and getting updates and being able to communicate with the teachers daily. When our oldest got moved to the big preK class, she was very timid and acted out and they did a great job on working with us and her. Highly recommend!"
