Fiesta Lanes Bowling Center 1202 Huisache Avenue, New Braunfels, TX 78130

"Came here for our sons birthday, Paid 226.00 for what was supposed to be an hour and half of bowling. First lane that the kids were on bumpers did not work, wasted 30 minutes of their bowling trying to fix it, moved second lane same thing clock kept running, 3rd lane we said enough right side of lane bumpers only half worked. Kids only bowled consistently for 30 minutes. Was told we could bring ice cream only for them to leave the ice cream out, it was completely melted by the time we were alloted to do cake and ice cream. My mother in law and sons friends mother ordered hot dogs and chicken nuggets one of each and took 45 minutes to get their food. When the manager could visibly see we were upset all they offered was extended bowling time. Mind you its almost closing time at this point. My husband rebuttled with the 20% service fee taken off and the extra 17.99 a person that was added and he was hesitant. I think we shouldve been compensated for the fact it was for my son and they only got to bowl for 30 minutes. This is absolutely ridiculous."

"Nice place, clean, fairly quiet, good pro shop. Food was good. People were nice. $35 for 2 people for 1 hour on a thursday afternoon."

"This place was packed when we walked in, but there was lots of staff ready to help us. The price was per hour and included free sodas!. Bonus that the bumpers were only for select players. My 7yo and I played in the arcade after. I purchased $6 of quarters and we played several machines that I know at EVO would have cost $20 or more.. everything, including the bathrooms was very clean.i love this place!!"

"GREAT music. cool lighting. lane 35 had 3 malfunctions but otherwise plenty of bowling balls but the bartender extremely impatient. I will admit me and my partner had already had a few drinks but ROLL THAT TAPE BACK. we were respectful and more than happy to build up a huge tab and obviously tip generously, but the bartender tonight around 8:45pm was just being so short and unwelcoming. I sure saw him being nice to other customers but I guess my dark hair and eyes didnt quite make the cut. Otherwise the establishment as a whole seemed pretty accepting of all people. Come for bowling and pregame before coming to the bar. possibly offer BYOB."

"Best layout I've seen in Central Texas. Everything was done very professionally. The only complaint I have Is the inadequacy of the restrooms. I heard they were going to change the layout. But I certainly hope that is not true."
