"This place is literally amazing! My daughter celebrated her 3rd birthday here and had a blast! The customer service is phenomenal and everything was so thoughtful. My daughter and her friends had the absolute best time playing while I sat in the reclining chairs and relaxed because you can view the entire play area from your chair. Free WiFi is a plus! "Jungle jam is such a great place to take your kids! Reasonably priced with a good amount of activities for your kids. The place is always clean! The staff are really friendly and welcoming! Tuesdays are free coffee! My most favorite thing is the Jungle of Learning on Tuesdays that they put on. It's a time for the younger kiddos and the parents to do arts and crafts. After all the kids can go and play and have fun with each other! Hands down one of the best activities I have found in New Braunfels! All in all it is such a great place to go with your kids. It's affordable and provides a ton of fun indoor play time for my son."
"Went to a birthday party here, we loved it. The attendant was super sweet and a hard worker she was constantly cleaning something all while attending to our private party! This is an awesome place for the young ones. They have a separate tot area, and tons of space to sit and watch your little one's."
"I hosted a group event with other mommas and we would definitely return! Service was excellent and they offered the party area for us to utilize. On Tuesdays, they have free coffee! They have zero gravity and massage chairs. The place was very clean including the restrooms! My kiddos aged 23 months and 10 months old had a blast! Prices are very affordable and you can stay all day and play! Only complaint was parking but you can park on the side street and they have a ramp for wheelchair/stroller access. I'd definitely recommend checking out this lovely gem!"
