"THE MOST AMAZING DAYCARE!!! Amazing and dedicated teachers!!!!! I love this place and highly recommend it to EVERY mother out there!!! I HAVE NEVER SEEN A TV ON!!!! I absolutely adore this place!!! They care so much for my little one!!!!! They are so devoted to the children it is such an amazing atmosphere!!! Some of the teachers have been working there for over a decade!!!! THE BEST DECISION I EVER MADE WAS GOING TO THIS DAYCARE!!!! Also, AMAZING food cooked by Miss Suzzie. My little one loves her food and so I am always getting recipes from her so I can feed my little one a wider variety of healthy foods at home!!! Monica runs an amazing daycare dedicated to a clean and nurturing environment!!!!!"

"My daughter has been going here after a horrible experience with another daycare. She is absolutely thriving! The teachers have been there a long time, so no turnover in care which is nice. As well as being there a long time, their teacher-to-child ratio is low, so each child gets the education that you desire. No, their not high-tech with nanny cams, websites, etc. but they do business the “old way”. Doesn’t bother me one bit. Tuition is cheap, when compared to others, and they have a great educational program. My daughter is growing by leaps and bounds and is excited to go to daycare everyday. I have no complaints about the food or illnesses as another review has said. Give them a chance, and you’ll see for yourself! Love love love!"

"This daycare was absolutely HORRIBLE!!!!! My children started in April and within a month I was already dreading having to take them there. My daughter contracted pin worms from the facility and when I brought it to the directors attention she basically told me that I was mistaken and there's no way the pin worms came from there even though my childrens pediatrician said otherwise. I understand that children get sick but some things are unacceptable. Both of my children got strep throat and Scarlett fever writhin the first month or so this happened not once but twice!!!! My son took a nap and woke up with pink eye. It was always something!!!!Their favorite thing to feed the children is cold bologna sandwiches or pb&j. the meals are hardly ever nutritional!!! My daughters sunshine report for the day says that they ate mac-n-cheese, peas and fruit for lunch this was a everyday thing not to mention they are only given one small snack a day! For the amount of money they are paid the care they give the kids is ridiculous! Countless times my children's clothes were lost, their faces were always dirty when I picked them up, my son had an accident while playing they changed his clothing but not his socks or shoes so for hours he ran around with sopping wet socks and shoes. The communication between co-workers is poor to say the least! I could go on and on about the ridiculousness that is the norm for them!!! This is my first experience with childcare and it was a nightmare!!! Don't walk but RUN FAR AWAY FROM SHADY OAKS!!!!!"
