Kiddie Round-Up, CDC

"My granddaughter has been going to kiddie round up for a few years now, she loves it! The teachers and directors are nice and always welcoming. Every time I come to pick her up the teachers are sweet and helpful, they give me updates, and let me know if she needs anything or what she needs to work on, they are very thorough they let me know how her day went. The facility is always clean and organized. I love how the teachers are aware and attentive to all the children. The staff is friendly and cheerful. The safety of my princess my biggest priority and fear with all the craziness going on in our world, my mind is at ease when she is here because I know the precautions they take to keep all the children safe. Highly recommend this daycare because it’s also a learning center and my granddaughter has learned so much being here."

"I do not recommend ! In the beginning when my child was a baby things were fine and as he got older , it went left. Anytime I would bring up a concern , it was pushed to the side because the directors / people in charge would stand up for their employees & try to brush it off. There’s been multiple occasions where I’ve had a concern and there WAS ALWAYS an excuse for it . I was never heard by them. There’s been three occasions where an incident happened & of course the cameras were “ broken “ the times involving a teacher . The only time a camera video was shown was when it clearly showed my child fell by himself . This recent incident did it for me !!!! My child was picked up from daycare while he was in “ TIMEOUT “ for hitting another kid in the head with a toy which the director told me isn’t allowed at their facility. The teacher also told us they lied to the other parent about how their child got hurt. My child came home sad & wasn’t talking. Later that night he told me he was upset because a teacher was mean and hit him. I asked to see the cameras on the phone and I was told I would be able to after they contacted the owner and of course when I got there , ONLY that camera was “ BROKEN” . I knew my kid was no longer safe there . The employees for the older kids look like they clearly hate their job ."

"This center truly lives by their motto which is "home away from home". Both of my daughters go here and every single staff knows their name. I could say that they are thriving here because their curriculum is well-rounded. I appreciate that they have an app which is helpful in communication and payment. Every teacher is always friendly and gives update about my children."

"My daughter went there when she was around 4 years old and said that she would redo her hair at naptime and the teachers would laugh at her hair in front of sir also another teacher said that she didn't even like kids in the beginning years when she went there it was good but it is definitely gone downhill."

"My oldest has gone here for 4 years, he is now 7 and has an absolute BLAST at the summer camp, with 2, sometimes 3 field trips a week. My 8 month old has gone to Kiddie Round Up since he was 8 weeks old. Their curriculum, even for the baby's is on point for age groups, and both my kids love it. The teachers for my older son's group are patient, attentive, and very supportive to me as a working mom. And the teachers for the baby's are amazing! I don't know how they are around baby's all day but seem to never have a "Bad Day". The baby room is cleaned EVERY day top to bottom, the food is nutritious and included in the tuition (including formula). I can't say enough great things about Kiddie Round Up, we even moved away from Converse and I still take them there every morning before work, even with it adding 20 minutes to my commute, I wouldn't trust my babies anywhere else!"
