"I have my two little angels in this daycare and all I can say is that Im glad that I picked this place. Ive been bringing my girls since pandemic started and they were really good on taking precautions for kids not to get sick. I do gotta say that I didnt like the previous Director that was there, the center wasn't as fun as it is now. It seemed like she only care about the money and not about the staff and kids being happy. The staff looked like they were afraid of her, in my opinion she doesnt belong around kids. Im so glad she left and that they brought a new director, Ms Marie Sometimes when I need babysitters, I contact them to see if they can watch my kids at home. My girls love them.. specially Ms Clariza, Ms Ashley and Ms Julie. They dont only take care of your kids, but they have a good curriculum that teaches them a lot. My oldest daughter goes to kinder now, and her teacher is really impressed on how smart my daughter is, yep, thanks to the amazing staff from La Petite. LaPetite Academy on Judson has the best staff, I would recommend this center to any person who is looking for a safe and caring daycare/academy for your little ones. Not to mention, most of the staff speaks Spanish, and they also take CCS."
"Security was #1 for us. Double locking doors and live camera feed. But i’m writing this review to shoutout miss Lexie, our son used to cry every time when i dropped him off, after lexi started, he fights me to jump out of my arms in excitement to her. Every instructor to admin makes me feel that love our son and treat him extra special. Great crew. Don’t let the outside appearance/ location fool you, we visited EVERYWHERE, most fancy looking places from the outside where subpar when visiting for various reasons."
"First of I want to start this review with a Big THANK YOU! The staff at La Petite has been so great and my child loves it there!! His teacher has taught him so much and he comes home with something new to tell me everyday! The updates they send come along with pictures and what activities he has done for the day. When both you and your wife are working parents it can feel like we're always missing out. It is good to know that there are still daycares out there who will take of your child like you'll their own! My wife and I will be eternally grateful to Ms. Marie and her staff for taking care of our baby."
"This review is long overdue. First, I had to cool down to make sure I write from a place of accuracy and not emotions. Second, I completely forgot. As a mom, it’s my duty to let other moms know about daycares as I read reviews myself before selecting a daycare for my baby. The only reason my child was enrolled at LaPetite Judson is because the LaPetite on Bitters got structural damage from the storm. I would not have chosen this daycare under any circumstance. My child was here for three months and it was three months too long. The staff is unprofessional. Ms. Terry, if she’s still there, is one of the worst humans on planet earth. She got mad at me for not announcing what time I’m picking up my child. Excuse me! Why do I need to announce what time I’m picking up my child?!?!? Red flag and cue to exit! Another red flag and cue to exit: my child had wet her pants and had urine on her when I picked her up. My child, at this time, was potty trained; so my child didn’t even feel comfortable going to the restroom at this place. Another red flag and cue to exit: my child had to tell me first that another child hit her in the face. It was a Friday about 5pm and before closing. I immediately called and sent a message to the daycare. Here’s the gag: the director, on Monday, said that she saw my message on Friday but she doesn’t bother her staff on the weekend. The director didn’t even have the decency to call/message me on Friday to say, “Would you please give me until Monday and let me get some answers for you?” Nope. She was just as unprofessional as her staff. At this point, I didn’t care if or when the LaPetite on Bitters reopened. My child’s safety and mental health were at stake. Note: I should’ve left the LaPetite on Bitter before the storm but that’s another review. I remember one of the staff members, Gina, asked if my child had a father."
"Director and Assistant Director are unprofessional to say the least. Gave me the impression that my spot would be reserved for my infants. Suggested that I start at a different facility until spot opened at my desired facility. I was open to that however , when I followed up. Lack of communication between staff lead to my spot being occupied. On the other hand , when I would call. The director would deflect and redirect me to the assistant. Overall the inconsistent communication and lack of accountability. Lead to a huge inconvenience of having to resign from my Job. Since I did not have care for my infants."
