"Exceptional Customer service! Me and my friends were assisted very kindly by Robin and Karissa. Karissa brought out my food with a warm smile and assisted me with condiments. Robin checked on my friends and I while we were eating to see if there was anything else we needed or that she could assist us with. Best Mc Donald’s Customer Service I’ve experienced, I will be returning to this location :)"

"When I went into drive-through, the lady was very rude. There was also a lot of people in front of me and behind me and they all got their food before me. By the time I got my food I checked it and it was cold. I also asked the guy if there was barbecue for My Son‘s happy meal. he responded with. I think I told him no there wasn’t after I checked and he said he will be back with barbecue sauce after 10 minutes he never returned back. This was a very poor visit."

"We have a special diet, so we don't come here everyday or anything. But the kids love the fries. So with a grain of salt LOL, customer service is not bad at all compared to other places I've seen these days. The issue we have is that especially with the level of frequency we visit this chain, the orders are almost never right. Approximately one in the last 12 orders was correct- both my young child with autism and my three year old exclaimed their joy in us not having to go back because they actually got our order right one time! And for the fact that I never make a big deal in front of the kids or to the customer service workers about the orders being wrong, I was surprised my kids actually noticed and were happy that they got to just eat the food they wanted."

"I come here almost every single morning after taking my kids to school. 90% of the time the staff is super sweet and goes above and beyond with smiles on their face every single morning. However, one of female managers is not so friendly. I almost never have a problem with my food. It always comes out so hot and fresh. However one issue that I repeatedly have, is that I’m in one lane and I do not get helped until two or three cars get helped in another lane. It is very frustrating on several accounts. My main problem is I’m using the McDonald’s app and you only have a certain amount of time before your code refreshes and you can no longer use whatever deal you were trying to use for the next 15 minutes. I am not gonna wait another 15 minutes to be able to use the deal so on a few accounts, I’ve had a manager help me override it and still give me the deal that I’m looking for. Great, easy and no problem. This morning was a different story when I of course sat on the inside lane and the outside lane got helped three cars before they helped me. I had the deal up and ready on my phone, but when they asked for the code it refreshed no longer making my deal available. They told me they could not help me. I asked if a manager would be able to help me override it, and they said yes just pull up to the window. When I arrive to the window, The cashier had asked me what my order was and I let her know that it had not been taken yet so she told me to go back around. I let that cashier know that I was waiting on a manager for help. She called over the manager who already came up with attitude. She asked me what my order was, and I then explained again that it hadn’t been taken that I was trying to use the deal on my app, but I had waited without being helped and I was just trying to get her to override it for me. With attitude, she loudly stated well give me your order. I gave her my order, and then she told me my total, which I knew was not correct if the deal was applied. Again I’m here every morning using the same deal. I asked several times if the deal was applied, she told me yes and then she finally understood that the deal wasn’t applied and asked me for my app which I explained again didn’t let me use it because I had to wait still another 10 minutes before it was available again. And she just gave me more attitude and said I cannot help you, and I left. McDonald’s just be fair when taking peoples order no one wants to wait forever and then not be able to use the deal they wanted. ☹️"

"There's no line thru drive thru and still had to pull in to spot #3 to wait for 1 burger combo. Got home and fries are like a 1/2 full!! Poor service!"
