"You should’ve tried to make it right with the Rivas family. It was child neglect in your care. Their baby had 6 bite marks on his back! & y’all couldn’t even provide them with an explanation except to say y’all checked the cameras and didn’t see anything. Well it clearly happened on your premises bc the baby didn’t have those marks before being dropped off. This is a daycare being run by incompetent uncaring individuals. It’s a daycare. You’re supposed to be watching the kids! & honestly in my opinion that looks like lipstick around those bite marks. One of your staff is sick in the head!"
