"Everyone at the front desk is rude. I was treated horribly because I didn't have my son's insurance card. His dad brought the card and she said it was too late for him to be seen. The Dr. Acts like she just wants to get in and out without taking the time to listen to any problems. God forbid your kid needs a prescription, because most of the time they don't call anything in."
