"Incorrect information on my daughters paperwork. My daughter was still expressing her plan on how to end her life but clarity discharged her anyways. This place is not helpful at all. UPDATE: My daughter attempted suicide the day after being discharged, even after pleading with them to reconsider discharging her. She is now at another behavioral hospital."

"God bless clarity as it’s helped me several times when I needed it most. If your child is in need of inpatient care, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE CHOOSE HERE. There are other hospitals far scarier, who don’t care about you. On two separate occasions I had made attempts on my life, I ended up here, at the ages of 15 and 17. Each time I felt safe. I had people around me who understood me, as you are put in your age group with your gender. I made close friends when I struggled at even finding the will to talk, the staff CARES about you. Some people would even visit, to color with you or offer a unique crafts experience and tell you stories or create comfort. Theres daily activities, Mario Kart, art projects like painting, movie times with special snacks, card games and music, this place brings tears to my eyes as I am SO SO grateful. Thank you so much clarity and I wish I could show more support than just a google review, I’ll never forget the giant cookie you gave me at the end of each stay, to celebrate that I was still there, that I was getting better. Thank you so much. I hope this establishment is still the safe haven it was a few years ago. I knew kids who thought of it as their safe haven too."

"I am very happy with this place. My niece was admitted this past wk for some mental stressors and a couple others things. She made some friends that shared the same trauma so they could relate. She heard horror stories abt another San Antonio Facility that have horrible bedside manner, are mean, yell and scream at the patients, etc. They all said this place, Clarity, was a good helpful place. My niece’s therapist, Belle, was so good with her and I during our fam sessions. Belle put in her skills to get us where need to be. Maybe the past experiences with other families in the last year were lacking bcuz of the pandemic. But I would recommend this place bcuz they care."

"Very disappointed with this place. We called in advanced telling them there is a possibility of us having Covid and we were rescheduled for first day of school. You have to take the first available times. We were having lots of complications with zoom trying to make it all work and ended up missing are appointment. Now we can’t be seen! Doesn’t seem like they are truly there to meet the needs of children! Such a disappointment!! The receptionist was nice."
