"After multiple attempts to sign up and pay, it was discovered that our daughter's name was misspelled on the sign in sign out form. Over 7 attempts, both talking directly to the workers at pick up AND calling the office and speaking with Dr. Karem, the issue was still not fixed. Serious lack of confidence for an entity to take care of children, if they cant do something as basic as spell a name correctly. If you have other options, I'd suggest using them."

"I have had the run around with this place and the manager and ms. Hoover are very unprofessional. They have lost my application , lost my money order when the receptionist is the one who collected the money order in hand . I was told they would look for my childrens application and call me back . It takes me to call back and for me to get told the manager can't speak with me and for me to just full out another applications. As if my 1st application being lost is not a big ordeal . Now I have to figure out what happened to my money order and my children's application."
