The Lilypad Garden School

"If I could give this school zero stars I would. The only thing they are nurturing is the tour, numbers, and your wallet. I received photos through the app showing the kids went out for water play and could see that he got soaked. That isn’t the issue. When we picked him up that afternoon, he was still in the same wet clothing. My child spent 5 hours (through lunch and naptime) in soaking wet clothes! How did you not notice this at diaper changes? Shame on you Lilypad!! I sent 3 messages with the concerns I had, notifying them he would not be back, no response. I went in person to speak with someone and was told someone would reach out to me, again crickets. Keep in mind he had dry clothes and swimwear in his backpack. I don’t recommend this place to anyone!!"

"6 covid cases, 2 I believe in September and the rest in October, that I know of so far at the daycare and they are not doing anything to help stop the spread and I don't believe they are properly reporting the cases. They aren't informing parents of every case only in the classrooms your child is in. Likely because they don't want angry parents about the kids being at such high risk. Seems like over half the teachers are constantly sick so no one knows what's going on. Kids are being sent off to a new classroom everyday and aren't able to actually learn and grow. Goes to show they do not care about the health and well being of the students and only care about the money they can make off you."

"We had a wonderful experience at Lilypad Garden School. My little one attended from 6 weeks through 4 months old. Ms. Rachel and Mrs. Samantha were such patient, loving teachers. She grew from a grumpy, fussy newborn to a smiling, happy baby, and I attribute much of her improvement to the ladies of Lilypad! I could not have wished for better, more reliable care for her during those early months of her life."

"My kids have been going to the Lily Pad Garden School for after-school care for the past 5 months and they absolutely love it. They especially love all of the animal interactions and gardening they get to partake in! The teachers here are so kind and thoughtful and always go the extra mile to call and check about our kids food allergies and special diets. We have never experienced an after school care program that works so hard to make sure our kids are having fun and are cared for as much as the full time students enrolled at the school. Even though our time each day at the school is short, we still feel apart of the Lily Pad family. The owner, Ms. Lilly, and teachers are a perfect fit for our family and any family. We feel SO very lucky to have found them. :)"
