"The service here is always amazing. As a recent example, I ordered special edition beverages from them via DoorDash, and the order came wrong (understandable due to the extremely similar packaging design). They sent someone out to my place to correct the error immediately after I called. When I am in the store, I always get quick, helpful advice. This is my preferred wine and liquor store based on service alone. The inventory is nice and varied as well."

"My review is for the humidor only. The humidor was a mess. First thing you notice is the smell of mildew and mold not a good sign for a sizeable walk in humidor. A large selection of cigars but I quickly noticed all of the shelves and cigars were covered w a heavy coating of dust. I felt bad like this was where cigars go to die because of the neglect shown."
