"Dr. Shannon Austin is nothing short of amazing! Her patience and care for children truly sets her apart from any other pediatrician. She will answer every question you have, and never make you feel like a burden for asking 20 questions in one visit. My son has been sick often since starting daycare, and she is always so encouraging to hang in there and reassuring that things will get better. She took the time to see us for every formula change till we found the right one, and every cough and runny nose. As first time parents we are so so happy we found her. I wish we could take her to Hawaii with us! 20 out of 10 would recommend her to everyone!!"

"We feel so blessed to have found Dr. Ponzio almost 5 years ago and she has taken exceptional care of my 3 children ever since! She truly cares about each child/family and has established strong relationships with each of them by taking the time to get to know them and their interests. No appointment feels rushed and my children get excited when it’s time to see her! From a Mother’s perspective, she is incredibly knowledgeable, empathetic, and our voice/concerns are valued and her opinions are trusted. It’s a two-way street and that is HUGE! She has gone above and beyond for us with situations that could have required ER visits etc. and we are so grateful. She is a gem of a doctor and person and when you find that, you don’t leave! As for the office, they are a well oiled machine. We are very impressed with their ability to get us in for sick visits same day, the nurse triage line for questions, short wait times, billing department who is on top if it (and even caught a mistake by insurance that could have cost us), and friendly staff/nurses. Southwest is filled with top-notch doctors (I even went to this office as a child) and on occasion have seen other doctors and can sing their praises as well. You will not regret your choice when choosing Southwest and Dr. Ponzio to care for your family!"

They are also fairly efficient too and we love the fast pass, same day appointment system! All the doctors are very caring and knowledgeable and we love dr. Vizuete as our main pediatrician! "We adore Dr. Ponzio! She is very professional but also so warm and caring. As a mother it’s a wonderful feeling to look forward to seeing your child’s pediatrician bc you know the standard of care and observation she is going to give is above and beyond. The office staff & nurses have always been accommodating and polite. I have all my questions answered, feel like I’m being listened to and not rushed. Going to the doctor whether it’s an annual appt or a sick visit isn’t always easy and this teams works hard to make sure it is as smooth as possible."

"Love this place, I have a great experience with all the doctors. Dr. Shelly McNair has been great for last 5 years, she great, professional, experienced, she is always listens to my concerns and she loving with my sons! The staff is friendly and caring and I cannot be more thankful to accommodate my calls and sick appointments in the time we needed it. Also, they really prevent you to visit the ER to all cost, and that it is a huge benefit. If you cannot come to your regular doctor, you can make appointment with other doctors, and I have to say they are excellent. For the last two years was rough as they have grown so much and high demand, the calls can be busy specially in start of school season or flu season, however they have listen to suggestions and I guess their numbers, that they have added in the last year 2 or more doctors and it is a huge benefit!"
