"I've never met a more disrespectful Clerk as the one in this location. He was screaming all over the place, i beleive to make customers rush to pay. And I understand it was almost time to close, but when im about to pay, the chip on my card wasnt working properly so I tried to tap my card, and he started screaming and repeating "WHAT DOES IT SAY HERE "", referring to a little paper which said the tap on the terminal wasnt working which I hadent seen. Never coming back to this location."

"Horrible experience that we had to go through at specs today as we were wrongly accused of stealing a REDBULL. The so called unprofessional “ manager will”walked INSIDE of T-Mobile as we were waiting to be helped by them and embarrassed us in front of everyone to tell my husband “you know you didn’t pay for that” without proof and still wants to say I have proof on my camera’s. If he would’ve taken the time to check “his cameras” none of this would’ve happened. They deserve 0 stars!"

"This store is in a nice location. Starbucks within the block, Walmart is located to the back of Specs, also Capital One bank. What I like about this Specs is that Jesus Perez takes the time to place my bottle of wine in the wine protector mesh. And Jesus does this every single time he checks me out.
