"Today I called to see if they were hiring, the lady who answered the phone was unprofessional. When you answer the phone answer by saying Thank you for calling Lil' Tykes Daycare your name and how may I help you? When I asked if they were hiring she responded no, we are not. I asked if they were accepting applications her response was " If we are accepting applications that means we are hiring". Not necessarily , just means that you can hold my application up to 6 months if you ever do consider hiring. But over all the lady I spoken with was extremely rude. Ma'am to the one who answered the phone today, you are the face and voice of this daycare whom you represent; you represent it with your voice, actions it is a reflection of how you are to this company/daycare. Your first 30 seconds makes a huge impact on how people perceive you and the company."

"Where to start... this place is run poorly. It's crammed full with little or no regard to cleanliness and from the moment I walked it smelled like a diaper pail. I can only comment on what I saw, but the staff was rude and the director spent most of the time on the phone. Maybe the kids just ate snack or an early lunch but they were filthy too. Food dried on their face and runny noses. One boy had what looked like milk spilled all down the front of him and they were still letting him play... it obviously wasn't even lunch as the kids were all playing, or crying. Didn't know what was worse, the smell or the noise of kids crying. No way would I ever send my children here!"
