"This is my son's first experience in daycare at four years old. I was worried about the transition, however, Fernanda and her staff took care in making my son's experience a very positive one. From day one, the staff treated my son as if they were his aunts and in a family enviornment. They are very patient and attentive with him providing reassurance throughout his day. The staff provides me with updates and pictures easing my own transition of having him at daycare. They truly are an incredible team at Dulcinea. I am overjoyed to hear my son sing songs that he learned in Spanish at daycare and he constantly asks me what is the translation of English to Spanish for words. I see the spark of interest he picked up in learning a new language at Dulcinea. Dulcinea is very vigilant and cognizant with the security and safety of the children. Their pick up and drop off process is very efficient and safe. Most of all, they truly care about everything involving the kids. My son loves his teacher, Ixchel. She displays so much empathy, patience and kindness towards the children. In fact, the whole staff at Dulicinea is this way. When I ask him at the end of the day, "How was daycare?", he responds with "It was ALOT of fun" with a huge smile. I mean, hearing how much he enjoys going to Dulcinea is the only reassurance I need to know he is in the right learning center. Lastly, support your local small business. If you're in doubt about registering your child at Dulcinea, take this as your sign to do so."
