"I was considering this daycare for my children until I decided research it. Please read the Compliance History Details List on the Texas HHS website before placing your child in any center! This one has 5 violations reported in the month of January 2022 for failure to properly train staff/staff did not meet minimal education requirements, staff yelling at children, improper ratios (1 teacher and 22 two year olds), and improper supervision of young children. This place is not safe. So glad I did my homework!"

"Best daycare ever I have four daughters 7,6,4,18months. All love it here I can trust that my children are being well taken care of and loved. I would recommend to any parent looking for a home away from home for their child/children. Director is wonderful and so is the staff. Xoxo"

"I give this day care 2 stars, only because the first 2 months went well due to my daughter having a great teacher at first, unfortunately she’s no longer there. If you want a daycare that’s extremely not responsive and has poor communication this is your place. There’s so many things i can call this daycare out on, but they failed in so many ways and seemed so shady on their end and how they run things in this place. Horrible communication, takes NO accountability when wrong, and total neglect. My daughter is 16 mo old & we were told her age group would ONLY have 1 teacher, come to find out once her teacher left, she was in the care of 3 different teachers who all failed to give my daughter DECENT care. Not once did the director Genesis communicate with us parents about this transition! I had to press on about it, because??? Who is taking care of my child and why is nobody saying anything. DUE to this horrible failure of communication (as always) my daughter was left in care for 3 different women, who all failed to communicate to each other what was going on. My daughter was sent home in a HORRIBLE diaper rash!! She ended up with a yeast/fungal infection! This was due to NEGLECT!!! On all levels. Not once did Genesis (director) take accountability to her POOR communication and admitted this teacher did not do great with her age group. YET??? Kept leaving her with my daughters age group!!!! She had NOTHING to say, and she knew exactly why we pulled my daughter out immediately. Even more shady, this facility looks amazing inside (the care they give doesn’t back it up) but they can’t even provide video? Even if a parent can’t watch all day, the least y’all can do is get surveillance.. but It makes Sense, yall know y’all would get called out on so much!!! This first & last daycare experience ended up horrible!! My daughter was in extreme pain, couldn’t eat, take a bath, nothing!!!! Due to extreme neglect! And any parent would’ve raised hell!! It was proven my daughter WAS NOT brought to daycare with a extreme rash, and morning teacher admitted that. This was a HORRIBLE experience.. i can’t explain it enough. We paid money for neglect, poor communication, and excuses after excuses. As i said before, there’s SO many other things that happened one after the other, and of course no type of accountability on their end. They blame their staff, but they’re never wrong (director) this place needs better management. Any director would’ve sent a SIMPLE courteous text saying they were gonna transition, and Shereese would no longer be a teacher. But no! She didn’t she ASSUMED the teacher told us before she left?!?!? Cmon. ridiculous!! Always gave the run around, about anything we called them out on. Everything just went down hill & so chaotic!!! So to say, this daycare needs tk do better. Communicate better & have a better judgement! I hate that It had To be my daughter but i am curious how many other children experience neglect here during this time period."

"His Kidz Academy is amazing! The staff is friendly, the premises is safe and clean, the days are structured, and the kids love it! My daughter looks forward to school every day! They go above and beyond for these kids, and teach them to love one another like God loves us! :)"
