"This by far has been the worst daycare experience EVER!! Please DO NOT send your kids here! They DO NOT watch your children! They allow kids to climb all over the furniture, stand on tables, ect. The teachers are too busy on their phones and are not even paying attention to the children. I have witnessed teacher yelling at children and grabbing them by the arm while the child is screaming in fear. I mentioned this to the director and her response was "this is the only way the child will listen because this is how they are treated at home" I could not believe what I was hearing. On another occasion I went to pick up my children and could hear a kid yelling and crying from the play ground. I watched for a min to see what was going on. One of the children had a stick and was hitting another child with it. A teacher was sitting there on her phone and DID NOTHING! I went inside and asked the teacher if she could not see what was going on and she said "they are just playing" I told her that is not playing! He was hitting the other child and the child was crying and could not defend himself! I told her she needed to get up and do something!! I had to call state on them not only for this but also because EVERY morning and EVERY afternoon when I went to pick up or drop off my children there was a little girl they always had sitting in the high chair. She was 2 years old and healthy. She would sit there and cry all the time because she wanted to get out and play with the other children but they NEVER let her out. I was hoping to run into her mom to let her know what I had been observing but that never happened so I had to call state and report it all. I pulled my kids out there as fast as I could. The director hires all her friends to work there so she allows the teachers to do as they please and mistreat the children. They cover for each other!!! I reported this to the owners but never received a call back or email. If your children go here please be vigilant and please believe them if they say something is going on. NO CHILD SHOULD EVER BE BULLIED BY A TEACHER, YELLED AT, OR GRABBED AND JERKED AROUND! FIND ANOTHER DAYCARE!! DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILDREN HERE!! I HAVE PICTURES AND VIDEOS THAT ALL I MA SAYING IS TRUE!!! I also know employees who quit working here because they didn't want to be associated with the abuse that was going on here any longer!! Please BEWARE!!!!"

"My kids have been going here for just about three months now. Ms. Stephanie is the After School Program teacher, and she has been nothing but amazing to my son. I like her strong authority, the kids respect her. Ms. Alyssa, the new manager, is also always nice, kind, honest, and very helpful and there to listen to all concerns. She makes the changes as needed quickly. Ms. Linda, amazing infant teacher! My little one lovvesssss her so much. Overall, thus far our experience has been great. The other teachers there are also very helpful and sweet. Update: we left shortly after this review. Not worth time, effort, or money to plavee kids here in unstructured environment"
