"Counselor is great!! Its the billing department that is rude. Spoke with Heidi that told me that it is my responsibility to call my insurance for new co pays.I told her that is incorrect maam its your billing depts responsibility to run insurance every new year and inform clients that copays have changed. So now I am being billed extra charges from Jan. Since their billing department didnt correctly run my insurance in Jan until Feb and charged me more on my copay without informing me. Now I am being charged $100 without anyone informing me there was a balance from the copay change since Jan. that no one ever informed me about. After I asked Heidi today is that all that I will be charged she reaasured me that was it and stated she would send me a receipt via pt portal. I log into my pt portal see the receipt and also another $25 charge. I called Heidi back to ask about the charge and she stated she over looked the charge when we spoke and when she noticed it she sent it to me to pay via portal. Horrible customer service wouldnt recommend this facility. Pulled my daughter out and will be looking for another service that actually has a customer friendly billing department that knows there roles for billing and that is not rude."

"Called because they are listed with my insurance as specifically offering ABA therapy. When I called they had NO IDEA what it is. Lady was rude because I asked to speak to someone in clinic saying "who would you talk to, we are the ones you talk to about therapy" and "We do see kids with autism". Like great. So does everyone at the grocery store, on the street, in schools, regular offices. But I specifically am looking for a therapy that this office claims to offer and had themselves listed as an aba center with my insurance for. If they don't know what it is, why claim to be a center for it? Don't waste your time/money/insurance here."
