"Amanda Steed, the CD of this fine clinic will be the downfall. I worked at this Clinic from March 2023 till February 2024. When previous management was here everybody was very happy, employees and management understood PTO policies and everybody wished the best for everybody. Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances Amanda was put in place as The Clinical Director. She does not treat any of her employees with dignity, respect, or Humanity. I loved this place very dearly. They promise 6-month reviews but I would say about 95% of all employees are passed due on those and are not getting the raises that they so desperately deserve. After 4 or 5 meetings with both the Clinical Director and OSS they still did not come up with a solution for this. Unfortunately this led me to put in my two weeks notice after finding a place that values me more. Upon putting in my two weeks notice my fellow coworkers made a goodbye card for me due to my long and hard work at this clinic. Now it may sound just like a regular card but it was sentimental to me due to my years worth there. When Amanda heard about this see forced the employee who made the card to give it to her because and I quote "We don't want to reinforce people leaving". When in fact just 3 weeks earlier they quote unquote reinforced another employee who did the same thing. This was malicious, disgusting and filled with intent to hurt discourage and ruin any good feelings I had of this clinic. Realistically this comment will do nothing to change the terrible management of the specific Clinic due to the incompetence ahead of them but for anybody reading I hope you understand how they treat their hard-working rbts"
"Don't work there ,the worst clinical manager ever they not treat there employees with respect even you do your best with them ,they always new hires and let the RBT's with experience left for lack of caring and respect, don't recommend work there there is no support or good training here, they always busy and never help you with severe cases clients, go work elsewhere until they hire manager respect there employees."
"Treats their employees with lack of respect, humility and dignity. For a company who should have values of compassion and empathy they certainly lack it internally with their teams. Their high employee turnover rate impacts the clients at the end of the day constantly having to get accustomed to new changes and personnel. Don’t recommend."
"I am posting purely based on experience dealing with intake. Promises to call back, send email for paperwork, get approval to start treatment for my son while he visits from out of town during Dec/Jan and summer months. No response and overall confusion about intake under these circumstances. Normally would not leave a negative review for that alone, but when I expressed how frustrating it was to call back for the 3rd time to get answers (after being told scheduling was next step) I was told something different for the 2nd time. Clearly no alignment and to make matters worse, no humility when I raised a concern about the lack of communication to the patient's guardian. Smug attitude for someone who works at a place where helping people that need it is the primary reason for existence. Good job lacking empathy and treating people like they are not important."
