"If you’re looking for a church that teaches from the Bible, this is your church. I have felt welcomed, educated immensely in Gods word and have experienced spirit filled sermon from Pastor Brockhouse. He truly lives and cares about the church and all people! During the freeze, he and his wife went out on dangerous roads to help those in need. Truly a servants heart. ✝️"
"Don't waist your Time or Money. Things have gone way down hill since the new director Reshaun Webb came in. We took our child out of the daycare because of everything going on with Covid-19, she had only gone for two weeks of that month. We informed them that she would not be returning and we didn't want her spot secured for later, they are still charging us for the entire month because "We didn't inform them in advance" is what the Director Reshaun Webb told us and they refused to work with us on only charging us for the time our daughter attended daycare. Apparently I was supposed to know there was going to be a global pandemic two weeks before there were any cases in the US. This is the only screen shot I was able to find and can't log into the daycare app because my daughter was unenrolled. I will make sure to update this review or leave another negative one if they try to charge us for the month of May since my daughter hasn't been there"
"The person in charge of my son's age group was not only rude to the kids but was heard using profanity. She constantly got after my son...even when he had a bee sting she treated him like he was in trouble. The director was great, others there were nice, but Ms. Diana was horrible. She would slam doors open annoyed and even fell asleep while watching kids. I know cause we caught her doing so. It's a chaotic daycare that has prompted us to take our kid else where."
"I called one afternoon to find out information about enrolling my child in the daycare program. First, it took too long, in my opinion, to answer the phone. The person who answered tried her best to answer my questions however, she wasn't sure about a lot of what I was asking (basic info, pricing for PT vs FT enrollment, application fee, what money was due before she could start) and the directors were not available. The staff member took a message with my name, phone number and some info about my child's age and what days I needed care. I was told a director would contact me - never happened. A few days later, I decided to stop by the daycare while I was running some errands in the afternoon. Again, no directors were available. I asked if they had an information sheet or brochure, I was told that there were none printed at that time. Again, my information was taken down and I was told that a director would call me back. Again, that never happened. I ended up enrolling my child at another church daycare in the area that has a knowledgeable staff from top to bottom and a director is always on site. Of course, I cannot comment on the quality of care for this daycare facility but, I do know they need a better approach to communicating with prospective parents."
"We started attending services at Mt Olive Lutheran Church in the fall of 2016. We are delighted to have found a HOME church ; our need for Bible based preaching and teaching is beautifully met. The gracious warmth of the congregation towards us made feel welcome and accepted."
