"The check in staff and medical assistant were all very nice. However, the NP, Sarah Rowe was very rude and basically called me a liar that my son had croup last year and was experiencing the same symptoms now. My son woke up struggling to breathe and freaking out the night before. I’ve never had problems there but I will definitely rethink my decision in the future."

"From the moment we were called to be seen, the MA's and NP were just fantastic!!! They cared for my son and were so very professional and seemed genuinely interested and empathetic. This will be our to-go clinic from now on. Only negative is, I wish front desk ladies would help a little more. We had to do the entire registration, take insurance and ID pictures, including payment on our phone. When parents are already stressing so much, this seems a bit much."

"I’ve been taking my kids here since somewhere around 2008ish. Today I took my granddaughter. The clinic is clean and quiet. The staff are patient, friendly and helpful. Providers are truly caring and compassionate. I highly recommend them! Went again today and while the wait was longer than my 3 year old liked, they were as kind and polite as always. Doctor explained everything and came to a quick diagnosis. The online sign up and scheduling was convenient. I filled out all my paperwork ahead of time. Unfortunately, we’ve been a few times recently but I have appreciated the ability to schedule or hold a place in line. We are usually in and out pretty quickly and are always treated kindly and respectfully. And with a pretty bad viral thing a couple visits ago, we got a follow up call a few days later to make sure everything was ok. Really appreciated that!"
