"Both of my sons are patients of this wonderful couple. It's a family of practicioners(husband and wife doctors) and they are great with our children. My youngest son (4) has been with them since he was born. He's healthy and happy and they have always taken care of him when he's been sick. They don't just look at him for 5 sec and give him antibiotics like my older daughter's doctor always used to do. And I, for one, appreciate that. Let the kids build a healthy immune system capable of fighting off infection and sickness."

"I have been taking my child to Dr Baula for years and I think they’re excellent doctors. They’re so caring and compassionate. My daughter has received the best care and I love that the times my daughter has been sick, they have her come straight in instead of having to wait a few days. It always seems like they put my child’s health first and that’s important to me."

"Took my seven children to this office around 19years with them. I ve had my concerns like the time my 17 year old daughter had a stomach ulcer and after repeated visits at least three times and being made fun of by Dr. Pedro saying we were complaining of nothing. Finally, they sent her for a scope and discovered there was something wrong it wasn't just bogus complaints. Also most recently that I took my daughter in because of coughing congestion and fever. I was told it was allergies and nothing more. The next day I took her to the children's hospital and she had pneumonia in both lungs. On my daughter's follow up visit Dr.Pedro was critical of my decision to take her to the children's hospital and their treatment plan. Also most recent I took my daughter in for a checkup and the office staff was very rude to me telling me that my daughter was very behind on immunizations. I asked her to check the records again since I knew for a fact that she was mistaken. She refused to check again. Yelling at me and telling me that I had been a sorry mother for not bring my daughter in for her immunizations. I had to get the school to send a copy of the immunization record that come from their office to begin with to them. At which time the realized they were wrong and told me I could leave and make an appointment whenever I was ready. I questioned the office staff on why they had lost the immunization record. Also told them that I deserved an apology since I was the one in the right. A few days later I received a letter in the mail that they would no longer see my children. That seems to be their history."

"I've been taking my children to the Children's Clinic for years. The doctors have always been very kind and caring to my entire family. They have received distinguished service their from extremely caring doctor's and staff. My oldest is 13 and my youngest is two and they will continue to be my pediatrician of choice for as long as they are open."

"Never liked Mrs. Baula when my daughter was little. I did not want my daughter to get her shots all at once as I know that causes her a high fever , once I told her this she was very hateful and rude to me and told me I was wasting her time. Then, several yrs. Later, my son had started having problems and I was wanting him to get some blood work done so I reluctantly took him to Victoria baula again after so many years. My son has longer hair and the moment she came in she started to be rude and told him he needs to cut his hair and that he was a boy and look like a girl I will never take my children there again. The staff are sweet, but she is very hateful. Mr. Baula is nicer then his wife, never had a problem with him or any other dr. Other than Victoria."
