"Ricardo was very patient in working with us to find the wood floor that we liked as there are many selections from which to choose. He communicated well in keeping us informed of the scheduling etc. His crew was very efficient, polite and knowledgeable in removing the old carpet and installing the new wood floor. They were careful in moving the furniture before and after the installation. There were several dark stain marks that were left on the tile floor adjoining the wood floor that we have not been able to remove. I have contacted Ricardo concerning this however, the issue has not been resolved. In general we are very pleased with the floor and the company and would recommend them if you are considering new wood floors."
