"I do not discount the fact that it's an older building and it's overstuffed with everything. I don't mind that at all... However the three African-American women that were working there today were rude as s***. Upon walking up to the store I stepped in mud and slipped fell to the ground and just needed to use their restroom to wash my hands. They told me immediately that it was broken. I looked at him and said well what do you do to go to the bathroom when you're here at work, she said oh it just broke today. I was in austin, and had an accident on the sidewalk, the local restaurant and did this in front of took me inside and help me wash and clean My wounds and gave me first aid. So I don't know if it's just her or if it's Houston."

"Conveniently located for me. They have an amazing selection for the size of the store. They have circulating advisors who can explain, suggest, and help with whatever you need for whatever event you have in mind. For me, their advice has been excellent. And they don't just steer you to the most expensive option. My quibble is with the checkout process. The personnel are generally efficient but they seem a lot more interested in chatting with each other than even noticing you, much less being cordial and courteous. I didn't notice this in past years so perhaps this is a transient personnel situation."
