"This was a simple decent liquor store humidor over the years. Apparently, it's has a redo & it's spectacular. There is individual cigar brands labeled in specific shelves from top to bottom. There dynamic lighting that dimmer but still allows for the cigars to be showcased. It's marvelous! Well done, Specs. Now just redo all of your store humidors to this design & you might be back in the cigar game."

"The location is stock abundantly and does not subject customers to excessively loud music. The personnel are competent, professional and hard working. However they are scarce relative to the square footage. Because of the density of products combined with a cryptic and unpublicized organisational method, it is often difficult to locate specific products and there is no system in place to remedy this. The aforementioned stated, it is often unnecessarily and inefficiently time consuming if you are not a frequent customer who has memorized the organization of their products."

"Oof I made a mistake of not checking the canned date. Was canned in April 2023 which means it’s wayyyyy expired in 2024. Tasted like absolute butt. Waste of money. Feel scammed that they even shelf cans that are this old. Wouldn’t come back since they pull this type of stuff. Buyer beware."

"I was staying with a friend recently, and this was the closest Spec's store to me at the moment. I was lucky to run into Patrick, who was helping another customer but had the presence of mind to greet me and point me in the right direction. Later, he came to see how I was doing and suggested some great Argentinian wine (Malbec), and we chatted for over 5 minutes about Buenos Aires. It was the best experience and customer service I ever had at any Spec's store, and I have been in Texas for a long time. This level of customer service is hard to find these days; thank you, Patrick; Spec's is lucky to have you."
