"This is just my opinion but I feel like I was being ripped off, here's why. First of all it took me almost 4 days to speak to the guy face to face because he was never in his shop, but to be fair he does return phone calls promptly. when I finally caught him in person, I explained to him all I needed was the simplest 22 inch by 22 in by 6 in thick piece of foam with the simplest covering possible to act as a backrest support type pillow, I showed him pictures on Amazon of what I was looking for as an example which cost about 30 to 40 bucks a piece, he told me he could make me one for $160 just for the foam, and then to make outer cover would be a grand total of over 200 bucks. I said goodbye, ordered from Amazon and I couldn't be happier with what I received which was hard foam 24x24x6 in for 30 bucks with a zipper cover, sure beats 200 bucks that's for sure!.. I will be fair and say the guy does do great work and perhaps he only orders the highest quality stuff but that's not what I needed however so buyer beware, as a piece of advice make sure you do some price checking before you see him as a safety precaution for yourself so you're not overcharged. Once again this is just my experience and opinion."
