"I've been calling since they opened at 10am. Taking a short break to write this review then I'm going right back to attempting to utilize the features they're supposed to be offering, operative words being supposed to. All someone had to do to satisfy me as a customer is answer my call, ask me to "please hold", and I would be happy to be patient after that while they take care of business but if they're just gonna ignore me and the phone then take the number off Google before someone else does it for you."
