"If I could give 0 stars I would. However I came into the store around 10:30.The cashier was busy with the customer so I processed to check out the smaller pt sizes behind the counter. I was approached by Shawn who had a stack of pecan pies that he put directly in front of my face while I was looking at the prices behind the counter. Mistake #1 He then asked me if I needed help to which I said no. I approached the other end of the counter ready to let the cashier no what I wanted. Adalia didn't even bother to greet me and decided to ask me what I wanted, to which I said blue top. Where I'm from thats just plain vodka but I thought she would understand what I was saying since she was standing in front me with a full head of bright neon red hair. She tells and I quote " It's like a (insert number) blue tops back there" Mistake #2 Then I asked her was there a problem to which she called Shawn up to the counter to ring me up because clearly she couldn't be bothered. When he came up to the counter he asked me what happened and I told him. He just rang me up as if I hadn't said a word. He didn't even bother to apologize for how I had been handled previously. The point of the matter is, it doesn't matter if I couldn't talk. Her job is fo find out what I want and to do so in a respectable manner. Stop hiring people like this. They don't deserve a job. It's the first thing in the morning. No one should have to put with there attitude and unprofessional behavior."

"It's so small but it's okay because the employees make up for any flaws they may have. Employees knowledgeable and the willingness to assist you is astounding. They greet you coming in and going out. If they having a bad day you will never know it, they don't bring it to work or take it out on the customer. Very good customer service skills...."
