"My husband and I have been taking our son here since November and can't express how happy we are to have found a therapist that truly cares for him. Kristina Rodriguez is absolutely wonderful and goes above and beyond with how she treats our son. She explains every session in detail and let's us know ways we can work with him at home to help make therapy as effective as possible. Front staff is also super friendly, we love this location overall."
"children's health grapevine cancelled all therapy for my son from July to September. We were there since April. It was the fault of an old woman at the front desk caused my son lost the therapy that he had to do before surgery. The manager refused us to go to children's health of grapevine and fortworth, told us to find another provider. Really baffling, it would take a few months to start over again. The children's health management didn't comment on this matter, just repeatedly told us they were no longer give therapy to my son. We are not welcome. On June 28th, my husband and my son went to children's health grapevine for therapy as usual. My son was very happy. He likes the therapist Shana john very much. But everything changed that afternoon. They arrived 5 minutes late at the front desk to check in because the car door couldn't be opened. Something was wrong that day with the old woman at front desk told them that i called her in the morning to cancel therapy because my son got fever. It's so weird that my husband thought, he called me and asked if it was ture. Of course its not, it's waste time to go if my son really get fever. I didn't call children's health that day, i can print out all my phone call records in June to testify, she couldn't find any evidence on site neither. At that time, Shana, the physical therapist, came out to pick up my son, my husband asked her to take their temperature, it was normal, both of them got no fever. The manager was also present. So my husband was asking her why she said so, but again she insisted that it was me who called to cancel the therapy. Ridiculous, she didn't admit that she's wrong even all proof shows that my son has no fever, i did not call her. She lied in front of everyone, she put the fault on me. My husband got angry that moment, argued loudly you are lying, asked her to apologize. For me this is discrimination! Discriminate the color of my skin? that I'm pregnant easy to pick on? After 20 minutes, the manager gave one "solution" go to childrens health fortworth, and told them to continue the therapy, but my husband checked the time and left with my son unhappily. There's no apologize no result. For that woman's fault, we have to go to fortworth. What? just because she worked there for decades? grapvine is 15 minutes from us and fortworth is 30 minutes. In the next couple of days, we called to ask for an apology from the woman and we wanted to continue therapy in grapevine. The final is childrens health grapevine decided to shelter that old woman and kick us out from both location. That's funny. The old woman isn't a nice piece, my husband every time walked in to get a mask, her face seemed like owe her a million, she threw it out of the window instead of handing it to him. I don't know why such person is still working there. Because she's a director? Childrens Health disrespected guests and kicked us out as troublemakers. The real troublemaker was her, made such a stupid mistake. I called her for the first time to ask what's her name even I'm pretty sure of that, she didn't dare to call back. Shame on you, you don't deserve to be director, disgusting. I don't recommend anyone there."
"This place is amazing! Friendly staff and well-trained, experienced therapists. My son came here for feeding therapy and we all learned a lot. Our son came from an amazing experience with Our Children’s House in Dallas :) I would highly recommend anything in the Children’s Health network."
"We have been doing therapy here for the past 6 months and I can’t say enough good things about this group of people. From Carole helping us with scheduling and insurance to the tech’s helping the therapist with our son, to the therapist who care for our son in the kindest way and the managers addressing any issues I have brought up. There is no where else in the Dallas area I would take my son for speech and occupational therapy. We’ve been to Plano and downtown, and Grapevine is set apart."
"We absolutely love our childrens house Grapevine. The staff is wonderful and have such amazing connections with the children. Nicole is awesome and was so great with my little girl. Unfortunately we are moving and can't make the drive. I'm forever grateful for them working to help my child succeed and progress."
