"I have been to many indoor places and this has been the most DISGUSTING place I have taken my kids. LACK of SAFETY. Everything is filthy. I get that kids make a mess, but not even the big equipment looked like it was wiped down in months. I wish I had taken photos. I went to the restroom and got a paper towel with water and soap and wiped a small part and it turned almost black with no effort. I can hinestky say they only mop the front floors near the entrance and the rest is ignored. I worked at a daycare place and toys never ever got this bad and we sanitized toys once a month. SAFETY: They have a baby gate on the second floor which is not even attached to the wall right and it doesn’t even latch. I pushed it gently with a finger and it swung wide open! The tree house creeks as well which is a huge turn hazard for me. I understand it’s a okay place for kids but a parent should be able to walk their toddler to the slide without fearing to break the thing down. I only weight 140lbs if that give you anything to say. I loved the concept of play they provide but unfortunately, there is no way I will be taking my kids there. We left almost immediately."

"I have a 3 year old and 1 year old and we go to a lot of play places around DFW and I would not recommend this one at all. Truly, not worth it and you’re better off going to a different one. At first glance it looks really cute, then once you get in you’ll realize how unkept it is. We went here on a day that wasn’t busy and it was still really dirty (bathroom garbage/diaper pail were overflowing, old grimy toys that really *really* need to be replaced), and just unthoughtful things like painting the stair steps up to the loft in a glossy paint so it’s super slippery for kids (You’ll read that in another review too.) You can see in my picture there’s also broken equipment but the worst of them is these little doors on the vet station that have sharp nails sticking out of them— and all they did was put blue painters over it but babies were still picking it off. The front desk person wasn’t friendly. Overall, take your money elsewhere."

"We had a fantastic time celebrating my daughters birthday on 12/2. From the moment we walked in the door, our experience was exceptional. The young lady at the front desk was personable, super kind, and accommodating. Our party team was top-tier! I loved the efficiency of the party setup. 1hr 45 minutes is the perfect amount of time! It was our first time hosting a party with Peek n play and I’d do it all over again! Her and her guests had an absolute blast! I highly recommend this location as a party venue!"
