"Very RUDE staff! I will NEVER set foot in this place again, and will tell all of my friends about my experience...they will then decide what they will do. My friends love me and are loyal to me. I left the basket in the store and walked out. It's like you are 'begging'."
"HORRIBLE management, my wife and I walked in and we were purchasing some cigars and alcohol, I forgot my wallet and we were told we couldn’t purchase anything even though she was paying and she had her license. When we left we weren’t told we couldn’t come back since I forgot my license so we decided to come back and we were shopping around and a worker came up to us and told us we had to exit the premises that we weren’t allowed to purchase anything since we had been “denied” service before. The manager didn’t even have the decency to come and kick us out on his own he had to send someone else. They kicked us out as if we were CRIMINALS like if we were stealing something! I will never give my money to total wine ever again! Get some better management."
"More often than not, the staff here is extremely RUDE. Clearly it must start with management because too many of the workers have nasty attitudes. In my experience it starts from the top and trickles down. If you don’t like your job, find another one. My advice is to go to another location or better yet go to Spec’s. I wouldn’t give them a penny since they don’t care how they treat current customers, let alone potential customers."

"This place has a wide variety of beer, wine and liquor! I always come here if I am looking for something special or just want more options than your average liquor store. One thing i would recommend is that the people who offer samples, actually offer them to everyone. I often pass by them and get ignored!"
