"The male managers at this store need re trained or let go, it’s that simple. They need to learn the correct ways to operate and handle situations as a manager. I’m checking out today, and I can very clearly hear these managers having a discussion about the lady working the cash register, who I must say does a wonderful job and is always the most respectful and welcoming when coming into the store. Never once has she not been nothing but great. This is extremely unprofessional and can be embarrassing and humiliating for the employee(s) and everyone in the store checking out to hear them being talked about (not so nicely and about how they could be let go) while they are trying to do their job. I really hope something is done about this and the lady is recognized for her work and positive attitude and is apologized to. I’m not saying these managers are horrible people, I do not know them, but they need to have a better understanding of professionalism when working in retail and how to handle situations with maturity when dealing with employees, I say that because I have worked in retail for years. If you want to discuss these matters, do it in a setting that is up to confidential standards."
