"The doctors and medical assistants are great. The ONE star I am leaving is based on the interaction with the front desk clerk. This lady has the nastiest attitude I have seen in a medical center. From my observation it seems very bias. Not everyone is treated the same way. You should really check your staff. The elder lady, I'm sure you know who I am talking about should be ashamed of herself. Not taking a moment to listen and check the insurance and memos in billing before snapping a quick attitude shows that she is not meant to work with the general public. Had she taken the time she would have seen that she was in the wrong. Making a patient feel less than in front of a waiting room shows poor leadership skills. If this was a one time offense, I could see past it. Everyone has a bad day. BUT, this is every time my husband comes in. She should retire."
