"Curtis overcharged me for a combo meal. Menu listed price as $13.29. Curtis charged me $13.69 then tried to tell me that the extra $$ was the tax. The tax was listed separately. Manager said the same thing. Last time Curtis screwed up my order and I told him so this time. He got very defensive and said he did not mess my order up last time. Then proceeded to say I was irate and wrong about being overcharged. Curtis is rude and condescending and I will never go there again!!"

"The employee in the drive thru was really nice and repeated everything back as ordered. She made sure nothing was forgotten. She was also extremely polite. Our food was hot and fresh and everything was correct."

"Doesn't look like plain with cheese to me but that's what I ordered! Then no spoon for my chili or straw for my drink! Added bonus, woman at the window got rude when I asked for chili sauce and ketchup! Date and time of visit 12/29/2023 at 9pm."

"I've been wanting to try Wendy's Ghost pepper fries and let me just say they did not disappoint!!! The fries had a punch of heat that made my lips tingle in a good way. I also had their spicy chicken sandwich, which was tender, juicy and mildly spicy compared to the fries. Now for the cons.....I wanted strawberry lemonade but they were out, so I opted for tea. I might as well had ordered water because the ice tea was so diluted and tasteless that I just poured it out. Also, they always seem to have issues (cash only signs or staff shortage be patient signs)."

"I come here all the time and usually don't have any issues... Tonight was a little busier than normal it seemed, but I'm patient and understanding. HOWEVER...just because you're busy doesn't mean you should "skimp" on the amount of food per order sold to make your food stretch a little longer. I paid for 4 meals and each of my 4 fries was 1/2 full....and that's being generous. Literally all 4 fries. Totally unacceptable. I would have just ordered the sandwich and saved money. Not happy at all."
