"Being in the military I get discounts on great clips and my family members on other stores. But this one dose not give discounts on family members. So Avoid if you want to get discount on your family members and go to e town for discounts. They are nice and the cuts are good if you don't mind paying. They change the policy on this store but don't look like they going to change. I just have to get haircuts on post or etown from now on"

"I'm embarrassed by the haircut I received, and was ridiculed for the amerarture blend on the fade by friends and acquaintances. It was absolutely humiliating. In a military town, the stylist should have the ability to blend a fade. This was not my experience. At the conclusion of the haircut, I even asked the stylist to blend the ledge on the fade line better, but after numerous attempts, they could not do it. There are a couple stylists at this location who are able to do a basic fade, but your chances of getting them is a gamble. I would not recommend getting any services performed at this location."

"I'm in my late fifties so I'm not looking for the latest or greatest style. I just want a basic haircut for a decent price and I always get it here. The idea of saving the haircut style is great. They always ask if I still want a (whatever) blade cut and I have no idea what that is so I just tell them I want what I got the last time and they can see what it was. I love the app, it's nice to see how long of a wait time they have before I drive there and if it's not too long I'll check in online so I'm not waiting forever if they get walk-ins before I get there."
