Also, mislabeled and incorrectly placed products in the store confuse customers and reflect poorly on the caliber of management, with no apology for the errors just flippant responses. First and last time doing business there for me."

"The clerk yesterday refused to honor the company price match policy. Gabriels had KJ Chardonnay for $6.99 and Simi Cabernet for $9.99. The clerk said that was just a lead-in price and that they were actually losing money. So what? Look at the company policy online. He was adamant so we left a bunch of liquor on the checkout counter to let him restock. We've never been refused a price match here or at any of the other locations."
