My daughter's teacher,Mrs. Katherine, is just the sweetest. You can tell she adores her kiddos and I love that when I pick up she makes it a point let me know how her day went good or bad. Everyone is so bubbly and positive and I hight recommend this daycare for anyone's kiddos who need care during the day."

She is now 6 months old and has developed skills faster than I expected and I have the teachers at Young Sprouts to thank for that. "I strongly advise against enrolling your child in this daycare center. While I did not personally witness my child playing in sewer water, the smell permeates throughout the entire outside of the building, and one of my kids came home with clothes covered in what appeared to be sewage. The daycare center does not maintain consistent schedules for the children, which can be especially challenging for those who are used to being over-stimulated. Most of the classrooms are overcrowded, and many of the teachers are not adequately trained to handle the needs of young children. As a result, my children cried every day when I dropped them off. Despite bringing up my concerns with the front office staff, who claim to take care of every complaint, they have not been helpful in finding good solutions for my children, particularly when they find them "difficult." It seems that they are unwilling to change how they operate as a daycare center, even if my "difficult" child behaves well elsewhere. Additionally, the front office staff is unprofessional and unresponsive to parent concerns, and I have overheard them talking negatively about parents and children. Furthermore, I would like to add that the only pleasant teachers we had experience with were Ms. Jackie, Ms. Maggie, and the chef Kat. They were exceptional, but unfortunately, their efforts could not make up for the overall inadequacy of the daycare center. I strongly recommend that parents looking for a daycare center read the reviews on platforms like Yelp to get a sense of the experience of other parents. They should also check the reviews of past teachers on Glassdoor and other job sites to understand how poorly treated they were. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this daycare center to anyone, and I suggest finding a better alternative for your children."
