"We decided to eat inside after a long day of Christmas shopping my mama, my oldest daughter,my son, grandson and myself. ... The guy that was working at the front was kinda short[as in temper] he just didn't seem like he was having the best of the day. He was complaining under his breath. I don't really care though we all have a bad day..what I didn't like is when we asked for our cups he had been sweating we saw but he said oh and so he grabbed them but with his fingers inside the outer cup. That's nasty and unsanitary. I was going to just pull him aside and nicely tell him he shouldn't grab cups like that but mama said let it go and just ask for another cup. I just went and rinsed it . Ugh they got my daughters order wrong but she fixed it herself. I'm sorry but at the very least this should of been addressed stat"

"On par with all the other burger kings. I've eaten here 4 or 5 times in the last couple years. Most of the time my food is cold. They forget to put cheese on your food maybe 50% of the time. Your bun is guaranteed stale. I've never had a bun that wasn't dry. It's at a comedic level of terrible at this point and I can only assume that's because locals are running it so that just comes with the territory. Do not eat here if you want good food."

"This is the second time my food was cold, the melts were not toasted. Mushrooms almost nonexistent. Burger was small. The tea was watered down. Too expense for the poor quality."

"Wow, what a difference in the food from the past few months ago. Our burgers were hot and fresh. It was just perfect like it was when Burgers King started out. Staff was great and fast service. We will come back."
