Livwell is an excellent facility, staffed with the most caring team of professionals I have ever experienced. Every person on the staff is there contributing something to a community that is often disenfranchised. Any problem that a client has can and will be addressed until it’s solved. The moment you enter that building, you know that you matter to these people. This community is lucky to have this facility. Anyone who doesn’t agree with me is either mistaken or hasn’t been there. This isn’t an opinion, it’s a fact. Go see for yourself. It’s a place for everyone."

"Abusive staff. More interest in covering up abuse than fixing problems. Unresponsive Board of Directors. No patient rights. Grievance rights go unrespected and staff is retaliatory toward those who attempt to use the process. No respect for HIPAA law. Policies undermine public health. New management is needed for the sake of peoples lives. Current director is all about the money and not the client. Again trying to push clients to NPS pharmacy to enrich themselves by getting a kickback on meds sold. Reeder and Munke needed replacement years ago."
