"They charge extra 2% on liquor if you pay with credit card. That is just insane. That is on top of 8% tax. It’s better to buy at Total wine."
"I called to inquire about a whiskey that was in stock and the manager actually said I have to join their "program" and spend $500 before I can buy the $60 bottle of whiskey!! What a scam!!"
"Don’t buy any liqueurs from them. I bought one from them that expired in 2019, it’s 2023. It was spoiled and the Manager who calls himself “Charles” was very rude and refused to give money back or give store credit. I’ve been coming to the store for 4 years and he is always combative, very rude, and follows you around the store."
"Stopped in just searching for allocated bourbon. They had several but needed to spend $200 in the store before you could buy one. Somewhat reasonable especially if you lived in the area. Not living nearby I passed but the gentleman was really helpful and if I did live in the area would be my go to spot."
"This Liquor store is in a convenient location easy to find no problem there, However due to poor customer service I will not be returning. My experience shopping here as a first time guest was very uncomfortable and disturbing. I was greeted and asked what was I looking for several time as if I was being rushed I really wasn’t sure but I had an idea, so I informed the clerk Rosè and a few hard liquors. As I was trying to look around the clerk kept asking me if I needed help and following me (mind you the place is 400sq ft) finally the stuff I was looking at I just started handing it to him as he stood beside me he grabbed items and took to the cashier. I was constantly asked if that was all I needed rushing me to checkout I finally told her” no I wasn’t but since your giving me no choice I guess I am” I was still trying to purchase what I needed. They did this to no other white customers.. Overall there needs to be a bit more training on buyer and seller etiquette. I won’t be back, besides that they had no trash containers outside or inside anywhere. Inside they have a handmade “no littering” sign"
