"We paid for an hour and 27 minutes later it told us we had 15 minutes remaining. On our second ball it would always count one less pin even if you did get a spare."

"I grew up in this bowling alley with my father bowling leagues and tournaments. Every time I have went in the last year the service has been horrible. We paid for an hour special with pizza and a drink. We did not get an hour to bowl due to it starts the time when names are entered before even paying. We waited for the desk attendant 20 minutes to find receipt paper before we could bowl, then was shorted the 20 minutes in bowl time. To top it off we finished bowling before we got our food, and we did not receive plates with our pizza. I personally stood at the concession counter for two frames of our game, while the attendant looked at members. Then, the desk attendant looked at me, grabbed plates and sat them on the table and walked away. He would not even hand them to me at the concession window. We asked about our 20 minutes we were shorted and he said he could not help us even though it was his fault we were held at the desk. I am disgusted at how horrible the service is."

"Gewn was very rude. I walked in at 9:45 with two friends one which was from out of town. He walked in with Dairy Queen and she said that that was not acceptable. I understand he missed the sign I said no outside food. Play he turned around immediately and she said if your friends are dilly-dallying around then we will only be able to get one game at 9:45 p.m. I did not find that acceptable and it was very disrespectful"

"Had a lot of fun at a birthday party. Enjoyed some chili cheese nachos and soda. Customer service was very quick to help when the lanes needed attention."
