"Receptionist and ALL the staff were so friendly, HELPFUL, and polite. I don't know why this place has so many bad reviews! I'd rather go here than my PCP honestly. Thank you to all that helped me there this morning!"
"Instead of entering my husband as a new patient, they added his visit to another patients chart with a similar name! Additionally, they weren't going to let me back into the room with my husband as his caregiver until I spoke with the manager. We will never be returning to Mercy Health."
"My son went to this urgent care on 11/3 as it was Saturday and they opened at 7. They did a covid, strep, and flu test. They came in and said flu was negative but strep but positive. So, then we went home and I got a call from them. They said the flu was positive and strep was negative. Ok, so he hadn't had flu long so I asked for Tamiflu bc it was under the 48 hrs since symptoms started. They said no. They then just told me to use over the counter cold and flu meds. Ok.... so, it is now 11/7 and we came to QuickCare because he is still sick. Maybe we can see someone who knows what they are doing. Will NEVER go back to Mercy Urgent Care."
"I always use Mercy. Always. But today I tried to take my girl to get swabbed for strep at 5:30. No one in the waiting room. Empty. The receptionist said they have a 2 hour wait and they close at 7. Went to Baptist and the waiting room is full, standing room only and they will still see us. It’s probably all the people Mercy turned away!!!!"
"Took my 87 yr old mother in on April 6th with what seemed to be the beginning of cold symptoms. She was recovering from an untreated fall and had been exposed to not only a sick great grandchild but God knows what in the Lourdes ER where she sat uncared for over 8hrs a couple of days prior. The waiting room was empty, the check in desk was pleasant enough, wait time was minimal. I am disappointed that her symptoms didn't not warrant more than a covid test, as I'm accustomed to getting not only covid, but usually flu and sometimes Strep tests as well. They did follow up with her possible injuries from her fall for which I'm thankful, but the one simple flu test would have saved her from unnecessary suffering. With Tamiflu, she probably would have been mostly well by Monday, instead of back at the hospital."
