"I really like the provider I see. However I do NOT like how hard it is getting my medication on a monthly basis. I know there are rules for providers but not getting my medication that shouldn’t be stopped cold Turkey and having to go a week plus without it is very frustrating. Wish it was easier."

"Delores Jacobs has been great but today I arrived at 7 for my 7 am appointment, and they waited until about 7:25 to tell me that she would be late. They've never been on time, but to let me wait for nearly half an hour and having to let the receptionist know that I needed to be out of there by 7:40 to make it to work is rude for one, and unprofessional. I tried to discuss my concerns with their punctuality before and the nurse just gave me a guilt trip over being upset about waiting an hour pass my appointment time. I understand emergency situations but not every single time I'm there. Today she informed me that my provider is leaving the practice, well that makes my decision to find a new PCP much easier."

"I was super happy here until I found out today that my provider Erin Bryant is no longer there. I had first called on Monday 8/3/2020, then again 8/6/2020 and then again today (8/7/2020) and asked to leave messages for the third time for Katie, Erin's assistant before I was finally told told Mrs. Bryant was no longer there. A Dr. that I feel comfortable with is very important to me. Erin is by far the best Dr. I have ever been to!!! I would just like to be able to find out what office or where to locate my Dr."

"New to the area and made an appointment for some abdominal pain (which could mean something serious so perhaps the doctor should have taken it as so). Arrived for my appointment time and was told I couldn't be seen because I needed to be there 30 minutes prior. This is information that NO ONE relayed to me when I made the appointment. When I explained this along with my pain the lady asked the doctor if he would make an exception but he said no. What happened to compassion and care in the medical field? This place is not only incompetent when it comes to relaying correct information to patients but also very callus with how they treat people and their medical conditions."

"Hands down, the best medical need experience I've ever had! The staff is incredibly friendly, urgent, the waiting area is clean and hardly many people. The doctors/ and assistance are thorough and are easy to talk to, and you get a sense of comfort bc they listen and care. I'm so glad I tried them out. The one time I had a concern about a medical bill, the team worked together and even reached out to me with a resolution rather than making me feel alone and SOL. I love this team! You wont find anybody better "
