When a mother is talking to you about her child/children and you continue to talk over her and in the middle of speaking you put her on hold when trying to explain something is extremely unprofessional and you might need to find another job if you don’t like working with the public."

"This is the Shepherdsville office and is very easy to park and access so no parking garages and long walks if you have disability. Very thorough and detailed. They leave openings in their schedule in case you get sick so you don't have to go to ER, but they do close at noon on Friday. My husband has many chronic conditions and they have to work coordinate care with a lot of specialists."
