"Went into return and item that I didn’t like. Which I would never usually buy the man I talk to on the phone said that was fine. Got to the store and one of the managers/cashiers was extremely rude, the short Hispanic one with glasses really needs to work on her customer service skills. Especially as a higher up, I didn’t mind her putting my balance on a gift card it just was her attitude the whole entire return process."
