"Without a doubt the best pediatric doctor and staff in town.. They always show so much care and compassion for my kiddos, any time we have ever called they have us come straight in. There is never any wait and they always have us leaving with a smile. Wouldn't take my kids any where else. We love Dr. Koury and his staff."
"Wouldn’t even give one star prescribed my 10 month old son steroids and had 7.5 ml one time a day on bottle the doctor then waits to call me the next day to tell me oh no it’s suppose to be 2.5 ml a day!! This is a doctor?? I would stay away from this place my son is now worse going to ER. The nerve for this doctor to call me the next day because of his mistake!!"
"Very nice and "straight to the point" doctor. Nurses are highly trained and know their facts when it comes to the needs of our children. The only reason I didn't give them a 5 star rating is because I just wish they would smile more. The nurses and doctor are always super serious and that can come off as them seeming to be a little unfriendly. So far it's been much better than the doctors office across town. MUCH BETTER!"
"My foster sons were patients here and I wasn’t too happy about the bedside manner anyway. I had physicals done on all three, however, when paperwork was requested they said one child had not had one. This is after I had tried to get paperwork for my agency and my records and no one was ever there. At any rate, my agency had to contact them. I took the third child to another pediatrician to get his yearly physical. When medication for allergies was requested by the pharmacy (for one of the children that had not went to another pediatrician) a reply was sent no longer a patient. I called to fix the mixup and was told by the receptionist that he had been discontinued as a patient because his sibling went to another pediatrician. I was shocked. Who does that?? Oh well, wasn’t happy there anyway but didn’t want to change the dr unless necessary."
"This quack is the worst. If you love your child, stay away. What he did to my sister's grand daughter was unthinkable. The reason I gave him 1 star, I had to put something in to get my keyboard up. Take your special babies to Louisville ."
