"Dr Stratton, Brian, Tori, Elisha and Val are absolutely amazing!!!! Everyone in that office that has worked on my teeth or I have come in contact with always has a smile on their faces. They all will tell you if they feel like something is right or wrong and dont cover anything up. They always go over pricing before they do anything to make sure you understand what is going on. It’s just an all around great experience when you chose them as your dentist!"

"The dental experience is great… no complaints. It’s their administrative policies that are TERRIBLE. I had an appointment on a Monday… on the Friday before I received a text at 12:12 asking me to confirm my appointment. I was at work and did not see the message. At 2:10 pm. Less than two hours later I received a text saying that my appointment was cancelled since I didn’t confirm via text. This policy is the work of clowns. This was the second time it had happened to me. If it happens again I will find another dentist. Absurd policy."

"Receptionist is extremely rude and will hang up on you. My appointment should’ve been canceled when I didn’t confirm by text but when I called to make sure it was cancelled they said it’s a same day cancellation so I would no longer be able to be seen by their office. Good Riddance! Wouldn’t want such inconsiderate people working on my mouth anyhow if that’s how you want to act."
